Struktur Pondasi bore pile digunakan khususnya untuk mendukung bangunan tinggi. Dimana menghasilkan beban vertikal yang berat, sekaligus menjaga kestabilan horisontal.<\/p>\n<p>Dari proses pembuatannya, pondasi\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/kontraktor-borepile.com\/\">bored pile<\/a><\/em>\u00a0adalah pondasi beton di mana pengecoran dilokasi konstruksi. Sedangkan pondasi beton lainnya seperti\u00a0<em>Spun Pile<\/em>\u00a0dan\u00a0<em>Reinforced Concrete Square Pile<\/em>\u00a0merupakan pondasi beton pracetak.<\/p>\n<p>Proses pengeboran lubang bore pile menggunakan mesin\u00a0<em>drilling rig.<\/em>\u00a0Atau juga bisa menggunakan mesin jenis\u00a0<em>mini-crane<\/em>. Mesin bor jenis\u00a0<em>drilling rig<\/em>\u00a0banyak digunakan untuk pengeboran berdiameter besar dan atau lubang dalam. Jenis alat ini mampu mengerjakan pengeboran sampai diameter 150 centimeter hingga kedalaman 60 meter. Sedangkan alat jenis\u00a0<em>minicrane<\/em>\u00a0lebih sering digunakan untuk menjangakau lokasi yang sulit dan medan yang sempit. Selain itu biaya mobilisasinya juga relatif murah.<\/p>\n<p>Pondasi bore pile biasanya lebih sering digunakan untuk lokasi padat penduduk seperti kawasan perkotaan. Keuntungan utama dari sistem pondasi bore pile adalah tidak akan menghasilkan banyak getaran dan tingkat kebisingan yang relatif rendah, jika dibandingkan dengan sistem pondasi tiang pancang.<\/p>\n<h3>Mengatasi Kendala Sistem Pondasi Bored Pile<\/h3>\n<p>Seperti sistem pondasi dalam lainnya, pondasi bored pile juga memiliki tantangan untuk membuat lubang pengeboran. Mari kita mulai dengan menunjukkan bahwa metode pengeboran akan sangat bergantung pada jenis tanah dan kandungan material didalamnya. Oleh karena itu kita harus memiliki laporan investigasi tanah yang baik. Dimana laporan kondisi tanah akan membantu kita menguraikan teknologi pengeboran yang akan kita terapkan. Pengalaman\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/kontraktor-borepile.com\/\">kontraktor<\/a><\/em>\u00a0diperlukan untuk menentukan teknologi pengeboran yang optimal dan meminimalkan gangguan pada lokasi di sekitarnya.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Struktur Tanah Kohesi Rendah<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Untuk tanah kohesi rendah seperti pasir, lumpur, lubang harus didukung dengan menggunakan casing. Atau alternatif lain menggunakan penstabil lumpur seperti suspensi bentonit. Larutan bentonit benar-benar diaduk sampai rata. Hal ini bertujuan agar dinding lubang yang telah dibuat tidak mudah runtuh.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Kondisi Permukaan Air Tanah<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Apabila lubang telanh mencapai permuakaan air tanah, proses pengeboran akan terganggu oleh air dari dalam tanah. Apabila kondisi tanah relatif stabil, maka perlu menggunakan mata bor bucket. Atau sebagai metode altiernatif dapat diterapkan metode pengeboran wash boring.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Kondisi Tanah Pasir, Kerikil dan Berbatu<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Untuk kondisi tanah seperti ini, akan bermasalah dalam pengambilan sampah hasil pengeboran. Karena pasir, kerikil dan batuan tidak mudah diangkat dengan mata bor spriral biasa.
