Pondasi berfungsi untuk meneruskan\/mendistribusikan beban dari struktur ke tanah agar seluruh bangunan dapat berdiri kokoh diatas permukaan tanah.<\/p>\n<p>Sedangkan jasa Borepile digunakan untuk menjaga agar dinding penahan tanah tetap stabil. Pondasi borepile digunakan apabila tanah dasar yang kuat mempunyai daya dukung besar terletak sangat dalam, yaitu kurang lebih 30cm.<\/p>\n<p>Pondasi bore pile diawali dari pembuatan lubang tanah melalui proses pengeboran lalu pembuatan cincin besi dengan cara dirakit secara manual. Setelah itu dilanjutkan dengan pemasangan besi tulangan ke dalam lubang yang sudah di bor terlebih dahulu. Proses akhir yaitu pengecoran, apabila lubang bor terdapat air, proses pengecoran memerlukan Pipa untuk Casing supaya hasil dan kualitas nya bagus.
