1.\u00a0 Bore pile menggunakan mesin Mini Crane<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Dengan mesin ini bisa dilaksanakan pengeboran dengan pilihan diameter 30 cm, 40 cm, 50 cm, 60cm. Adapun\u00a0\u00a0 metode bore pile menggunakan sistem bor basah (wet boring), sehingga dibutuhkan air yang cukup sebagai kelancaran pelaksanaan pekerjaan pengeboran.<\/strong><\/p>\n

2.\u00a0 Bore pile Gawangan<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Pada alat bor ini memiliki sistem kerja yang mirip dengan bore pile mini crane. Hanya saja terdapat sedikit perbedaan pada desain sasis dan tiang tempat gearbox. Dan juga diperlukan tambang disisi kiri dan kanan untuk menjaga keseimbangan alat selama pengeboran.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

3.\u00a0 Strauss Pile \/ Manual BoredAlat ini menggunakan tenaga manual yaitu manusia untuk memutar mata bornya. Dan biasanya menggunakan metode bor kering (dry boring). Alat yang digunakan simpel dan mudah dioperasikan serta ramah lingkungan karena tidak menimbulkan suara yang bising saat pengerjaan.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Bor jenis ini mempunyai pilihan diameter 20 cm, 25 cm, 30 cm, serta 40 cm. Dan biasanya digunakan diberbagai proyek seperti perumahan, pabrik, gudang, pagar dan lain-lain.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Beberapa alasan digunakannya pondasi bore pile dalam konstruksi:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

\u00a0Bore pile tunggal dapat digunakan pada tiang kelompok atau pile cap<\/strong><\/h4>\n

1. Bor dapat didirikan sebelum penyelesaian tahapan selanjutnya<\/strong><\/h4>\n

2. Kedalaman tiang penyangga dapat divariasikan<\/strong><\/h4>\n

3. Pondasi bore pile mempunyai ketahanan yang tinggi terhadap beban lateral<\/strong><\/h4>\n

4. Permuka diatas dimana bore pile didirikan dapat diperiksa secara langsung<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Bagi Anda atau\u00a0orang awam<\/em>\u00a0yang belum paham mengenai\u00a0proses bore pile, mohon simak penjelasan berikut:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

1. Persiapan lokasiSebelum memulai suatu pekerjaan, ada tahapan awal yang perlu diperhatikan, yaitu persiapan. Persiapan yang dimaksud adalah pembersihan benda-benda atau puing-puing yang dapat menghalangi proses tahapan selanjutnya. Pembersihan dilakukan menggunakan alat berat Excavator apabila terdapat puing-puing cukup besar dan sulit untuk dipindahkan. Namun apabila hanya terdapat beberapa puing kecil di lokasi pengeboran, kami tidak perlu menggunakan alat berat tersebut. Karena hal tersebut menjadi suatu pemborosan biaya.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

\u00a02. Penentuan titik pondasi\u00a0kami akan mengukur dan menentukan posisi titik koordinat pengerjaan bore pile.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

\u00a03. Setting mesin crane\u00a0sebelum melakukan pengeboran, yang kami lakukan adalah menyeting\/instalasi mesin crane untuk<\/strong>
\nmempercepat proses pengeboran.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

4. Pengeboran\u00a0dalam proses pengeboran ini, ada beberapa macam pengerjaan. Yaitu metode bor basah & kering. Sebelum<\/strong>
\nmelakukan bor basah, kami membuat drainase dan kolam yang berfungsi sebagai penampungan air bercampur<\/strong>
\nlumpur hasil pengeboran. Proses pengeboran dilakukan bersamaan dengan proses penghisapan lumpur hasil<\/strong>
\nbor. Oleh karena itu air yang ditampung pada kolam harus dapat memenuhi sirkulasi air yang diperlukan.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

5. Pemasangan besi\u00a0setelah pengeboran selesai, tahap berikutnya adalah pemasangan tulangan besi yang sebelumnya telah dirakit<\/strong>
\nterlebih dahulu.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

6. Pengecoran<\/strong>
\nTahap terakhir yaitu pengecoran terhadap lubang tulangan besi. Proses pengecoran dilapangan dilakukan<\/strong>
\ndengan Ready Mix Concrete. Pipa yang digunakan yaitu pipa Tremi. Pengecoran dilakukan dengan<\/strong>
\nmengandalkan gaya gravitasi bumi, posisi pipa tremi harus berada pada pusat lubang bor, sehingga tidak<\/strong>
\nmerusak tulangan besi.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Hal yang harus diperhatikan adalah PENGECORAN dihentikan 0,5-1 meter diatas batas beton bersih. Supaya kualitasnya benar-benar terjamin (bebas dari lumpur).<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
