Pondasi bore pile diawali dari pembuatan lubang tanah melalui proses pengeboran lalu pembuatan cincin besi dengan cara dirakit secara manual. Setelah itu dilanjutkan dengan pemasangan besi tulangan ke dalam lubang<\/strong> yang sudah di bor terlebih dahulu. Proses akhir yaitu pengecoran, apabila lubang bor terdapat air, proses pengecoran memerlukan Pipa untuk Casing supaya hasil dan kualitas nya bagus. Dan jika lubang bor tidak terdapat air, proses pengecoran dilakukan seperti biasa.<\/h4>\n

Ada beberapa jenis alat dan metode pengerjaan bor pile yaitu<\/h4>\n

\u00a01.\u00a0 Bore pile menggunakan mesin Mini Crane
\nDengan mesin ini bisa dilaksanakan pengeboran dengan pilihan diameter 30 cm, 40 cm, 50 cm, 60cm. Adapun\u00a0\u00a0 metode bore pile menggunakan sistem bor basah (wet boring), sehingga dibutuhkan air yang cukup sebagai kelancaran pelaksanaan pekerjaan pengeboran.<\/h4>\n

\u00a02.\u00a0 Strauss Pile \/ Manual Bored
\nAlat ini menggunakan tenaga manual yaitu manusia untuk memutar mata bornya. Dan biasanya menggunakan metode bor kering (dry boring). Alat yang digunakan simpel dan mudah dioperasikan serta ramah lingkungan karena tidak menimbulkan suara yang bising saat pengerjaan.<\/h4>\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n

Bor jenis ini mempunyai pilihan diameter 20 cm, 25 cm, 30 cm, serta 40 cm. Dan biasanya digunakan diberbagai proyek seperti perumahan, pabrik, gudang, pagar dan lain-lain.<\/h4>\n

Beberapa alasan digunakannya pondasi bore pile dalam konstruksi:<\/h4>\n

  1. \n

    \u00a0Bore pile tunggal dapat digunakan pada tiang kelompok atau pile cap<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n
  2. \n

    \u00a0Bore dapat didirikan sebelum penyelesaian tahapan selanjutnya<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n
  3. \n

    \u00a0Kedalaman tiang penyangga dapat divariasikan<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n
  4. \n

    \u00a0Pondasi bore pile mempunyai ketahanan yang tinggi terhadap beban lateral<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n
  5. \n

    \u00a0Permukaan diatas dimana bore pile didirikan dapat diperiksa secara langsung<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Bagi Anda atau\u00a0orang awam<\/em>\u00a0yang belum paham mengenai\u00a0proses bore pile, mohon simak penjelasan berikut:<\/h4>\n

    1. Persiapan lokasi
    \nSebelum memulai suatu pekerjaan, ada tahapan awal yang perlu diperhatikan, yaitu persiapan. Persiapan yang dimaksud adalah pembersihan benda-benda atau puing-puing yang dapat menghalangi proses tahapan selanjutnya. Pembersihan dilakukan menggunakan alat berat Excavator apabila terdapat puing-puing cukup besar dan sulit untuk dipindahkan. Namun apabila hanya terdapat beberapa puing kecil di lokasi pengeboran, kami tidak perlu menggunakan alat berat tersebut. Karena hal tersebut menjadi suatu pemborosan biaya.<\/h4>\n

    \u00a02. Penentuan titik pondasi
    \nTim kami akan mengukur dan menentukan posisi titik koordinat pengerjaan bore pile.<\/h4>\n

    \u00a03. Setting mesin crane
    \nSebelum melakukan pengeboran, yang kami lakukan adalah menyeting\/instalasi mesin crane untuk
    \nmempercepat proses pengeboran.<\/h4>\n

    4. Pengeboran
    \nDalam proses pengeboran ini, ada beberapa macam pengerjaan. Yaitu metode bor basah & kering. Sebelum melakukan bor basah, kami membuat drainase dan kolam yang berfungsi sebagai penampungan air bercampur lumpur hasil pengeboran. Proses pengeboran dilakukan bersamaan dengan proses penghisapan lumpur hasil
    \nbor. Oleh karena itu air yang ditampung pada kolam harus dapat memenuhi sirkulasi air yang diperlukan.<\/h4>\n

    5. Pemasangan besi
    \nSetelah pengeboran selesai, tahap berikutnya adalah pemasangan tulangan besi yang sebelumnya telah dirakit terlebih dahulu.<\/h4>\n

    6. Pengecoran
    \nTahap terakhir yaitu pengecoran terhadap lubang tulangan besi. Proses pengecoran dilapangan dilakukan dengan Ready Mix Concrete. Pipa yang digunakan yaitu pipa Tremi. Pengecoran dilakukan dengan mengandalkan gaya gravitasi bumi, posisi pipa tremi harus berada pada pusat lubang bor, sehingga tidak merusak tulangan besi.<\/h4>\n

    Hal yang harus diperhatikan adalah PENGECORAN dihentikan 0,5-1 meter diatas batas beton bersih. Supaya kualitasnya benar-benar terjamin (bebas dari lumpur).<\/em><\/h4>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
