Oleh karena itu langkah awal yang dilakukan adalah pemetaan terlebih dahulu. Inilah gunanya ilmu ukur tanah. Umumnya yang mengerjakan\u00a0adalah ahli \u2013 ahli geodesi dan pertanahan. Proses ini sebaiknya\u00a0 dilakukan sebelum alat- alat proyek masuk, karena jika sesudahnya sulit untuk dikerjakan walaupun bisa. Pile :<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<h3>Persiapan Peralatan<\/h3>\n<div>Pekerjaan pondasi bore pile\u00a0memerlukan alat- alat berat dalam suatu proyek . Disebut alat- alat berat memang karena bobotnya yang berat, makanya manajer proyek harus dapat memastikan pekerjaan persiapaan apa yang diperlukan agar alat yang berat tersebut dapat masuk ke areal dengan baik. Jika sampai amblas, untuk \u2018ngangkat\u2019 kembali biayanya lebih besar dibanding biaya yang diperlukan untuk mengadakan pelat- pelat tersebut. Perlu tidaknya pelat-pelat tersebut tentu didasarkan dari pengalaman- pengalaman sebelumnya, itu tidak tertulis di buku teks. disinilah\u00a0\u2018seni\u2019 agar pekerjaan lancar.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<h3>Pembuatan Tulangan Besi<\/h3>\n<div>Paralel dengan pekerjaan persiapan, maka pembuatan penulangan tiang bor telah dapat dilakukan. Ini penting, karena jangan sampai sudah dibor, eh ternyata tulangannya belum siap. Jika tertunda lama, tanah pada lubang bor bisa rusak (mungkin karena hujan atau lainnya). Bisa- bisa perlu dilakukan pengerjaan bor lagi. Mungkin ini yang lebih modern, tetapi kelihatannya jangkauan kedalamannya lebih terbatas dibanding yang sistem terpisah. Mungkin juga, karena diproyek tersebut ada beberapa ukuran diameter tiang bor yang dipakai. Kedalaman dan diameter tiang bor menjadi parameter utama dipilihnya alat-alat bor. Juga terdapatnya batuan atau material dibawah permukaan tanah. Ini perlu diantisipasi sehingga bisa disediakan metode, dan peralatan yang cocok. Kalau asal ngebor, bisa-bisa mata bor-nya stack di bawah. Biaya itu. Apakah jenis tanah adalah sama seperti yang diperkirakan dalam menentukan kedalaman tiang bor tersebut. Ini perlu karena sampel tanah sebelumnya umumnya diambil dari satu dua tempat yang dianggap mewakili. Tetapi dengan proses pengeboran ini maka secara otomatis dapat dilakukan prediksi kondisi tanah secara tepat, satu persatu pada titik yang dibor. Ini merupakan bagian yang paling kritis yang menentukan berfungsi tidaknya suatu pondasi. Meskipun proses pekerjaan sebelumnya sudah benar, tetapi pada tahapan ini gagal maka gagal pula pondasi tersebut secara keseluruhan.<br \/>\nPengecoran disebut gagal jika lubang pondasi tersebut tidak terisi benar dengan beton, misalnya ada yang bercampur dengan galian tanah atau segresi dengan air, tanah longsor sehingga beton mengisi bagian yang tidak tepat.<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\"><\/div>\n<div>Adanya air pada lobang bor menyebabkan pengecoran memerlukan alat bantu khusus, yaitu pipa tremi. Jadi kalau beton yang dituang terlalu banyak maka jelas mencabut pipa yang tertanam menjadi sulit. Karena BJ beton lebih besar dari BJ lumpur maka beton makin lama-makin kuat untuk mendesak lumpur naik ke atas. Jadi pada tahapan ini tidak perlu takut dengan air atau lumpur sehingga perlu dewatering segala. Gambar foto di atas menunjukkan air atau \u00a0lumpur mulai terdorong ke atas, lubang mulai digantikan dengan beton segar tadi.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Proses pengecoran ini memerlukan supply beton yang continuous, bayangkan saja bila ada keterlambatan beberapa jam. Jika sampai terjadi setting maka pipa treminya bisa tertanam \u00a0dan nggak bisa dicabut. Sedangkan kalau keburu di cabut maka tiang beton bisa tidak continue.
