Dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan pondasi borepile hal-hal yang harus diperhatikan adalah :<\/p>\n

1. Jenis tanah<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Jenis tanah sangat berpengaruh terhadap kecepatan dalam pengeboran pondasi borepile. Jika tipe tanah pada lokasi yang berpasir atau tanah basah maka akan mudah longsor. Sehingga sangat sulit dalam proses pengangkatan mata bor setelah pengeboran pondasi bored pile. Kesalahan sedikit bisa mengakibatkan kelongsoran pada lubang yang telah dibuat.<\/p>\n

2. Level muka air tanah<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Level muka air tanah sangat menentukan tekanan terhadap mata bor dan dinding sumuran. Jika level air tanah sangat dangkal maka sumuran yang dibuat akan sering mengalami kebanjiran. Hal ini \u00a0akan berakibat sumuran akan mudah longsor dan mata bor sulit menekan akibat tekanan air menuju arah keatas.<\/p>\n

Proses pelaksanaan pengeboran :<\/strong><\/h3>\n
1. Pekerjaan Persiapan<\/strong><\/h5>\n

  1. Marking dan penomeran pengeboran<\/li>\n
  2. Pembuatan bak penampungan yang berfungsi sebagai tepat penyimpanan sementara air buangan dan tempat pencampuran air dengan tanah liat sebagai media pembantu dalam proses pengeboran.<\/li>\n
  3. Pompa air kotor.<\/li>\n
  4. Material pendukung (tanah liat dan beton readymix).<\/li>\n
  5. Perakitan tulangan baja.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    2.\u00a0Pengeboran<\/strong><\/h5>\n

    Berdasarkan kondisi tanah, system pengeboran basah diusulkan untuk pekerjaan pengeboran dalam proyek ini. Air digunakan untuk menghancurkan material tanah dan mengurangi gesekan dalam lubang.<\/p>\n

    Langkah \u2013 langkah pengeboran dijelaskan sebagai berikut :<\/p>\n

    a. Pekerjaan Pengeboran.<\/strong><\/h6>\n

    Pengeboran menggunakan cross drill dibantu dengan semprotan air (air berlumpur) yang mengalir \u00a0 melalui lubang batang yang difungsikan untuk menghancurkan tanah sehingga tanah dapat diangkut keluar lubang.<\/p>\n

    Pembersihan tahap pertama dilakukan dengan penyemprotan air selama\u00b110 menit setelah kedalaman perencanaan tercapai.<\/p>\n

    Untuk memastikan kondisi lubang telah bersih digunakan bor spiral yang berfungsi untuk membawa dan memotong tanah sisa yang tidak dibawa oleh air. Dengan system ini, diharapkan bahwa semua sisa pengeboran bias terangkat. Tahap ini adalah langkah terakhir dari pengeboran.<\/p>\n

    b. Pekerjaan Pasangan<\/strong><\/h6>\n

    1. Pemasangan pipa trime sesuai dengan kedalaman lubang yang dibor<\/li>\n
    2. Pasang baja tulangan yang dirakit<\/li>\n
    3. \u00a0Pembersihan akhir dengan menyemprotkan air bertekanan selama \u00b1 10 menit melalui pipa trime untuk membersihkan lubang dari endapan lumpur.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      c.\u00a0<\/strong>Pekerjaan Pengecoran<\/strong><\/h6>\n

      Sistem pengecoran pondasi bored pile setelah pekerjaan pembersihan terakhir dilakukan, mengikuti langkah \u2013 langkah sebagaiberikut :<\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Langkah pertama dilakukan dengan kantong plastik yang diisi dengan campuran beton untuk memisahkan campuran beton dari endapan lumpur di dalam pipa trime.<\/li>\n
      2. Kantong plastic dimasukkan pada kedalaman 1 meter dari corong trime sampai tenaga pengecoran siap untuk melakukan pengecoran secara konstan.<\/li>\n
      3. Setelah tenaga pengecoran siap, campuran beton diisi kedalam lubang pipa sampai kepermukaan saluran dan kemudian tas plastic bias dilepas. Pada saat yang sama, campuran beton yang dimasukkan mendorong air lumpur di luar pipa trime keluar.<\/li>\n
      4. Pengecoran dilakukan dengan bantuan vibrator untuk membantu aliran campuran beton kedalam lubang agar tidak ada udara yang terjebak dalam campuran beton.<\/li>\n
      5. \u00a0Jika campuran tidak bias turun lebih jauh, dengan kata lain permukaan campuran beton di dalam lubang bor telah meningkat cukup jauh. Maka pipa trime bias ditarik perlahan-lahan sambil terus menuangkan campuran beton.<\/li>\n
      6. Penarikan pipa trime harus dijaga sehingga ujung bawah pipa tetap terendam 1 meter di dalam campuran beton. Pipa trime bias diangkat jika campuran beton telah naik lebih dari 3 meter di bawah pipa trime. Pengecoran dapat dihentikan jika campuran beton sampai kepermukaan lubang (meluap) dan benar-benar bersih dari lumpur atau kotoran lainnya.<\/li>\n
      7. Tahap-tahap pengeboran diatas dilanjutkan ke titik-titik pengeboran yang lain sesuai dengan nomor pengeboran yang telah ditentukan.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
