Pengecoran BorePile\u00a0<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Pengecoran bored pile dilakukan setelah proses pemasangan tulangan baja. Ini merupakan bagian yang paling kritis yang menentukan kualitas dari sebuah pondasi bored pile. Meskipun proses pekerjaan sebelumnya sudah benar, tetapi pada tahapan pengecoran bored pile gagal, maka gagal pula pondasi borepile\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>tersebut secara keseluruhan.<\/p>\n

Pengecoran bored pile disebut gagal jika lubang\u00a0pondasi bored pile\u00a0tersebut tidak terisi benar dengan beton, misalnya ada yang bercampur dengan galian tanah atau segresi dengan air, tanah longsor sehingga beton mengisi bagian yang tidak tepat. Adanya air pada lubang bor menyebabkan pengecoran memerlukan alat bantu khusus, yaitu pipa tremie. Pipa tersebut mempunyai panjang yang sama \u00a0dengan kedalaman lubang bored pile.<\/p>\n

Pipa tremi<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Pipa tremie untuk pengecoran bored pile disesuaikan dengan kedalaman lubang bored pile. Ujung di bagian bawah agak khusus, nggak berlubang biasa tetapi ada detail khusus sehingga lumpur tidak masuk kedalam tetapi beton di dalam pipa bisa mendorong keluar.<\/p>\n

Pengecoran dengan pipa tremie<\/strong>.<\/h2>\n

Corong beton akan dipasang di ujung atas pipa tremie. Corong beton adalah tempat masuknya beton segar dalam pekerjaan\u00a0 pengecoran bored pile.<\/p>\n

Pada tahap pengecoran bored pile pertama kali, truk ready mixed dapat menuangkan langsung ke corong pipa tremie. Pada tahap ini, mulailah pengalaman seorang supervisor menentukan.\u00a0Kenapa ?<\/u>\u00a0Karena perlu pengalaman dalam menentukan waktu, kapan harus secara berkala mencabut pipa tremi tersebut. Kalau beton yang dituang terlalu banyak maka jelas mencabut pipa yang tertanam menjadi susah.<\/p>\n

Sedangkan jika terlalu dini mencabut pipa tremie, sedangkan beton pada bagian bawah belum terkonsolidasi dengan baik, maka bisa-bisa terjadi segresi, tercampur dengan tanah. Padahal proses itu semua terjadi di bawah, di dalam lubang, tidak terlihat. Sehingga pengalaman supervisi atau operator yang mengangkat pipa tadi memegang peran sangat penting. Pada kasus ini, tidak hanya teori yang diperlukan, akan tetapi perlu feeling yang tepat. Ingat apabila terjadi kesalahan, kualitas pondasi bored pile\u00a0akan menjadi buruk.<\/p>\n

Jika beton yang di cor sudah semakin ke atas (volumenya semakin banyak) maka pipa tremie harus mulai ditarik ke atas. Perhatikan bagian pipa tremie yang basah dan kering. Untuk kasus ini karena pengecoran beton masih diteruskan maka diperlukan bucket karena beton tidak bisa langsung dituang ke corong pipa tremie tersebut.<\/p>\n

Adanya pipa tremie tersebut menyebabkan beton dapat disalurkan ke dasar lubang langsung dan tanpa mengalami pencampuran dengan air atau lumpur. Karena BJ beton lebih besar dari BJ lumpur maka beton makin lama-makin kuat untuk mendesak lumpur naik ke atas. Jadi pada tahapan ini tidak perlu takut dengan air atau lumpur sehingga harus dewatering.<\/p>\n

Pengadaan mix beton<\/h2>\n

Proses pengecoran bored pile ini memerlukan supply beton yang continuous, bayangkan saja bila ada keterlambatan beberapa jam. Jika sampai terjadi setting maka pipa tremienya bisa tertanam dibawah dan tidak bisa diangkat. Sedangkan apabila terburu-buru di cabut maka tiang beton bisa tidak continue. Sehingga perlu ada koordinasi dengan bagian logistik \/ pengadaan beton sehingga memperhatikan hal ini.<\/p>\n

Jika pengerjaan pengecoran bored pile dapat berlangsung dengan baik, maka pada akhirnya beton dapat muncul dari kedalaman lubang. Jadi pemasangan tremi mensyaratkan bahwa selama pengecoran bored pile dan penarikan maka pipa tremie tersebut harus selalu tertanam pada beton segar. Jadi kondisi tersebut fungsinya sebagai penyumbat atau penahan agar tidak terjadi segresi atau campuran dengan lumpur.<\/p>\n
