Sehingga target percepatan waktu, efesiensi biaya dan peningakatan mutu sebagaimana ditetapkan dapat tercapai. Secara umum tahapan pekerjaan pondasi bored pile sebagai berikut :<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li>Persiapan lokasi (<i>site preparation<\/i>), yaitu mengukur area koordinat-koordinat tiang bor yang direncanakan mengacu pada BM (Bench Mark) yang ada di lokasi pekerjaan. Kemudian melaksanakan\u00a0<i>stripping, cut and fill<\/i>\u00a0pada lokasi pembuatan tiang bor agar kinerja peralatan yang digunakan effisien dan stabil. Jika diperlukan, mempersiapkan akses yang akan dilalui truk-truk mixer dari batching plant ke lokasi pembuatan tiang bor.<\/li>\n<li>Memasang stand pipe. Stand pipe dipasang dengan ketentuan bahwa pusat dari stand pipe harus berada pada titik as bangunan pondasi yang telah disurvei terlebih dahulu. Pemasangan stand pipe dilakukan dengan bantuan\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/kontraktor-borepile.com\/profil\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">alat berat seperti excavator<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Pembuatan drainase dan kolam air. Kolam air berfungsi untuk penampungan air bersih yang akan digunakan untuk pekerjaan pengeboran sekaligus untuk tempat penampungan air bercampur lumpur hasil dari pengeboran. Ukuran kolam air berkisar 3m x 3m x 2,5m dan drainase penghubung dari kolam ke stand pipe berukuran 1,2m, dan kedalaman 0,7 m (tergantung kondisi lapangan). Jarak kolam air tidak boleh terlalu dekat dengan lubang pengeboran, sehingga lumpur dalam air hasil pengeboran mengendap dulu sebelum airnya mengalir kembali ke lubang pengeboran.<\/li>\n<li>Setting mesin bor.<\/li>\n<li>Proses <a href=\"https:\/\/kontraktor-borepile.com\/profil\/\">pengeboran<\/a> (<i>drilling work<\/i>).<\/li>\n<li>Instalasi tulangan dan pipa tremie (<i>steel cage and tremie pipe installation<\/i>).<\/li>\n<li>Pengecoran material beton (<i>concreting<\/i>).<\/li>\n<li>Penutupan kembali (<i>back filling<\/i>).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Demikianlah ulasan mengenai pondasi bored pile berikut kelebihan dan kekurangannya, serta metode pelaksanaan pemasangan pondasi bored pile.
